This Is Not a Court or Government Office. This privately operated resource cannot retrieve a docket, change a court date, seal a case, issue a certified copy, or provide legal advice. The official office that maintains the case is the correct contact for each of those matters.
Need an Official Docket or Record?
Alger County uses court-specific clerks. Start with the court that heard the matter, then use its public contact route or MiCOURT Case Search as appropriate.
- Public case history: use Docket Search and select the court of record.
- A hearing date: check the Court Schedule, then confirm the setting with the court.
- 93rd District traffic, misdemeanor, civil, or small-claims file: contact the 93rd District Court.
- 11th Circuit felony, general civil, appeal, or family file: contact Circuit clerk staff.
- Probate or eligible family record: contact the Probate Register and ask about access limits.
- County administrative record rather than a court case: use the County FOIA Coordinator.
